Daniel Sheets - Senior Operations Manager

As the Senior Operations Manager, Daniel is crucial in improving and scaling our operations to successfully and efficiently serve our rapidly expanding client base. He works closely with our President fulfilling the company’s goal of continuous business growth through customer service. With over two decades of industry knowledge, he provides broad operational day-to-day support to his coworkers and clients.

Daniel has overseen all of our corporate and government projects throughout his career, offering them the knowledge needed to maintain crucial network reliability. He is a true all-around telecommunications expert and has led the company’s voice-over IP and iCloud Connect initiatives. NDG is proud of and grateful for his service of over 20 years.

Meonna Wright – Office Manager

As the Office Manager, Meonna helps develop and implement firm policies and procedures and manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, payroll, programs, and practices within the company. In addition, she maintains accounts payable, receivables, and monthly billing. With over 10 years of experience, she can handle all aspects of office life.

Scot Cooper – Director of Business Development

As the Director of Business Development, Scot focuses on building relationships and upholding the longstanding NDG tradition of prioritizing clients and exceeding expectations. He is always looking for opportunities for growth in the D.C. area.

Scot has over 20 years of experience in business development and is persistently working to provide excellent customer service. He constantly looks for win-win scenarios with our clients, leading to repeat business.
